The Massachusetts House and Senate have both voted unanimously to pass the Children and Firefighters Protection Act to ban toxic flame retardants in household products! Each house has passed a slightly different version so they are now working to come together on one bill and they must send it to the Governor by Wednesday, December 23rd so that if he vetoes it (which he did before) they have time to override the veto.
Tell your state legislators to finish the job by Wednesday and tell Governor Baker to sign the bill when it comes to his desk!
